Hi - at level 60 and only have 383 attribute points to spend after respec. I have only found one other post about it from July of 2019 on PC with no info on a fix. no potions/elixirs/armor on to affect. have restarted multiple times.

As of earlier reports of a similar issue, we were unable to reproduce it on our end with the information given.
Do you recall the steps taken that could’ve led to this issue?
Unfortunately I do not. I have respec’d multiple times now using the yellow lotus potion but I never looked at the point total after each one so I am unsure if I never had full points to begin with or if it happened afterwards. It’s not the end of the world to start a new character just wanted this out there in case other have a similar issue. Thank You!
