Tamed rhino won’t attack

My tamed rhino on the Isle of Siptah map won’t attack at all. Guarding, following, scouting all do not work. It looks like he tries to run away as soon as He or I get hit.

He is a mount then, similar to a horse mounts don’t attack. You can mount him and press space for example and he will do the horn swipe.
