Have you reported the issue via a ticket to ZenDesk (not sure what technical support you are referring to) ?

Zendesk seems to stop working. After A MONTH of waiting I received “solved” status and a message “We hope it has already improved on its own”. I am not joking, they really wrote this

What exactly do you mean , they made it more difficult or easier ?
