Teleport Stone disappear with every server restart with no Event Log

Bug Description:

Teleport Stones disappear with every server restart with no Event Log

Bug Reproduction:

Replaced teleport 4 times.

Same here.
I log in at Isle of Siptah (Server 6013) and one of my teleport stone had disappeared
Event log dont show nothing about it.
The building where the teleport was inside is still there. The building is not damaged.
