A pervasive issue is that, during combat, the visual representation of the enemy has no relation to their position. This distills in seeing an enemy well outside of range engage in an attack animation and then watching your attack get interrupted and your health drain as the enemy teleports into range to follow up on additional attacks.
The result is that mob fights are nigh unmanageable. A group of four or so enemies will be 20 yards away and, suddenly, you are teleport surrounded, unable to react, and running for your life.
I understand dying from misjudgements and poor decisions, but the combat movement system is so bugged as to make the game barely playable.
