Tempersmith Blacksmiths do not add durablity to tools anymore

Bug Description:

T4 Blacksmiths do not add durablity to tools anymore. My obsidian pickaxe is forever at 375 durablity. even with crafting it with a t4 tempersmith.

Step 1: put any tempersmith in bech. Step 2: craft obsidan pick. no durablity added.

. these are default obsidian pick stats. thralls add nothing now? why???

T4 durablity blacksmith now 100% useless since it was used to make tools slightly better.

This is on offical pvp server - no mods - also tested in single player. with multiple different thralls.

Seems to be true for all blacksmiths.

it’s weird i did not see this in patch notes, no way this is intentional

They fix one thing and break 10 other things that have been working for over half a decade.
