There is no change in durability when a named is installed on the forge workbench with respect to tools such as pickaxes. The durability is the same whether or not a named tool is installed.
This is also happening on all PC and PS servers.
The photo shows an iron pickaxe with NAMED installed. The durability is the same as the 250 durability without NAMED.
