Testlive servers updated?

Are official testlive servers running the correct version regarding the 18.02.2020 patch?
I can access testlive server through my standard steam client, but not through the testlive client.
Flags testlive servers as invalid when using testlive client.

I am able to log on all 3 of the EU ones.

I’m still only able to log on US Testlive Servers using the #196231/23625 client

Can confirm that US TestLive servers show up as invalid:
