Like if you are encumbered you cannot focus or something, or what is the reason?

• Added a check to prevent ritual activation if you are over encumbered. This should prevent excessively long travel times to reach ritual locations.

So basically, they disabled it because your character needs to move from wherever you’re standing to the spot where it performs the ritual, and when you’re overencumbered, that movement is painfully slow and uninterruptible.
