The Fence foundation building pieces are bugged

I have tried building with Khitan and Turanian building pieces now, and both seem bugged when I try to snap Fence Foundations onto “already placed” foundations… and yes I do know how it works, they need ground connection at first before u can build on top. It does not work.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Build a straigt line of foundations with 3 layers ontop.
  2. Try then build fence foundations around…
