I was on the official PVE XBox, single player server, and at the Black Galley. The server glitched, was pushed off the galley and killed, and there is no body or grave to recoup my gear, some of which was legendary and took forever to grind for.
i had a similar bug. before the server crash. the game lags for about 10 seconds.
and if you die at this moment . nothing will be saved
Rest in peace . and funcom does not refund anything and will not be able to fix this problem.
