but after this email when you respond to it to confirm the report like it asks you to, not a single person i’ve talked to in the past 2 weeks has gotten a resposne to tickets on hackers they have submitted even while making sure to send the initial confirm email after creating a ticket. the helpshift ticket system is not sending reports to the right inbox anymore the team that investigates tickets is not receiving it. not only is no hacker being banned, they are not even investing the hacker in the first place

dead silence while hackers have been on the server for weeks. pretty sure the new ticket system is bugged again and funcom is not getting the emails.
Bug Reproduction:
Step 1. fill out form. at Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center
Step 2. respond to email the helpshift form sends to your inbox to confirm the ticket.
step 3. wait for funcom to let you know they are handling the ticket.
step 4. funcom never responds and the hackers dont get banned.
If anyone wants the footage of the reports its a whole skybase and speed hacks and everything they are using, the issue isnt funcom is investigating and taking a while, the issue is they are not even STARTING the investigation they do not respond or even look at any ticket to even prioritize if its a hacker or some other report, there is 0 ticket handling currently
I’ve asked at least 15 other people on pvp servers and funcom helpshift ticket system has been dead silent on 100% of the hacker reports the past 2 weeks. not a single hacker no matter how blatant and agressive the hacks they are using is being banned because helpshift report team is not seeing tickets at all.
They also haven’t acknowledged any bug reports for over two weeks. Looks pretty clear that Funcom has completely stopped paying any attention to anything other than Dune…

oh dang you’re right i didnt even notice at first but yeah the forums are also empty of dev reply or feedback for the past 2 weeks aswell i guess all funcom support team members really have bailed on conan to help with dune
seems we just get to sit and rot while bugs go unfixed and hackers will never be banned. till maybe someone in funcom realizes they should check in on conan again >.<
I think you do not understand. You don’t report other players because there is a hack. That goes nowhere. You need to report the hack itself instead of any (phreaking) hacker.
stop trolling , we report players that use hack and third party on this game for more than 3 years, there is a section report player in report system category of funcom, and those cases were always treated by fucom customer service before.
My focus here is on j2k working with jpg components. I find things like this, to work on, not that. I’m fed up with it just being a potential archive format, for which seemingly nobody cares. I have my opinion.
No evidence that I can see (though cyc did apparently receive some response (see above) but that may have been automated). Bug reports I posted more than three weeks ago haven’t been acknowledged (but have been automatically closed). Seems like @Community has abandoned the forums entirely and no longer responds to anything regarding this game.
Yea, I know a couple people with the canned immediate response getting the ticket, but no second acknowledgement or closure of said tickets. 3 weeks ago too, they said.
update, 3 weeks of hackers being on daily dozens of reports by players sent, no update to tickets funcom has not even acknowledged any tickets from anyone in 3 weeks now, only the initial bot repsonse asking to confirm. nothing after sending confirm email back.
it seems they fully abandoned the game to support the influx of dune players
update after a month since multiple hacker reports where submitted to funcom, the tickets are still fully unacknowledged no investigation even started. 0 views on my unlisted videos i attached to the tickets showing recordings of the hackers. forums still abandoned from help team. hackers sitll unbanned and ruining game. bugs still un-fixed and unacknowledged.
Cheating, exploiting and hacking has been rampant for years in Conan Exiles, but at least there was the small, tiny deterrent of Funcom taking action if you were caught.
Now that it’s out in the open that Funcom isn’t even handling player or bug reports anymore, things are going to get very ugly very fast on Official Servers.
sadly for now 1 month hackers are totally owning all official servers in total impunity… game is totally unplayable with best will due to that. so funcom why do you let this happens ?
