Hello guys! I’m kinda new here and I have an issue. I put money in my Steam wallet and tried to buy Conan Crom Coins. I didn’t receive the coins. I requested a refund via Steam, which was ignored. I put money back into my Steam wallet, tried to buy the coins again within Conan, and again the money was spent and no coins were credited. I want to cancel everything, but I’m not getting any response. Does anyone know how to contact Funcom customer service? Steam directs me to a website where I need to log in with a username and password, but I don’t have an account on the website and there’s also no option to register. Can someone please help me.

They use HelpShift now, submit a ticket through there.
Unfortunately staff have not updated all avenues as to the proper means of contacting or submitting tickets. What you’re describing sounds like the old third party tool they used called Zendesk.
@Community this is a great example of why there should be an announcement re: HelpShift and every link (including the conanexiles.com website) include the new link.

I don’t know for sure, but I would guess you probably need to go to Funcom’s help centre - Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center - I would imagine there might be an appropriate option there.
Hopefully when the official community managers come back from Easter (hopefully tomorrow?) they may be able to give more specifics. I’ll tag a couple of them here so that there’s a better chance of them seeing your post - @ZahMaiatt @HighSaint @RitualGround
