Hello my beloved funcom moderators. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoy the game and the updates. I understand that bugs are part of it and I have no doubt that they are doing their best.
I’ve had a few report tickets with no position for weeks 3 weeks. It turns out that abusers continue to make our map a horror show… Now in the vicinity of the new castle they are making abs7rdas constructions at 2207 of Latin America in the pve. I don’t even have a reason to report it. The fact is that my tickets, there were 4 tickets, are still without position. Help me purge these disgusting abusers that I have reported with ample evidence.
You should have gotten an auto response that zendesk had your report, then a few weeks gotten some sort of resonance, followed up by a questioner of how good they did.
My reports at least get some sort of response, mostly “we been so busy hope issue solved self”. Or action is taken; if funcom admins actually check my reports they get action.
Thing is it takes more then just your report, my reports wouldn’t result in actions if others did or hadn’t reported them as well.
FYI: you will find far more ToC violating builds on PVE then PVP. PVP players wont put up with like PVE players will.

Since the release of the new chapter they’re heavily impacted by a big mess up on their part dealing with account bans. Crom coin balances went into the negative for a lot of PC players and it resulted in immediate ban. I wouldn’t expect any quick responses currently due to this and other issues. Also, much of the team is on holiday until mid January. I’ve been considering reporting a couple people on my server as well for stuff, but I know it’ll fall on deaf ears for now.
Justice is applied from the ones that have the righ and knowledge to do so.
An eye for an eye was some Millenniums ago. Use this way and accept the consequences for this action.
Funcom do not gave us this tool to become “police officers” of a server.

Your right is one ticket and patience. Spamming tickets is not correct, because of “spamming”. Spamming is against the rules.
It doesn’t make any sense what you said. I have videos aligned with the parameters of the complaints. Look closely at everyone and you will see that abusers are being properly reported. If it’s 1 ok, if it’s 10 ok. The important thing is that the allegations are consistent with the abuses6 and are proven. Please don’t dismiss legitimate reports. Watch the videos and see that you are in agreement. For God’s sake, right?
