The Silver Atrium qst/achievement bug

Hi) Have this bug on a few of my chars. As you can see on screenshot, only 2 of 4 qsts. was counted. also as you can see on screenshot, I have both rewards for this qst chain, a pet and vanity helm. 1 qst “The Silver Atrium”, should count when you finish a few qsts to get inside. 3 qst " Restore Order" or “Mistress Held Tightly” should count when you get vanity helm.

on other chars. bugged qsts. are df. but as this one, they have both rewards.

I did achi. guy check right b4 post this. any other tricks I can do to fix this or I should petition on every char that have this sad bug?

You should petition. You could do it just once on one of the characters and tell them all the other characters that also have the problem.

Try talk with achievement NPC ask him update quests. Often him is able to fix
