There are times when users are unable to log in to the Official & Private servers frequently

Bug Description:

After yesterday’s chapter 2, 3rd hotfix (October 18, 2023 around 12:30 UTC),

There are times when users are unable to log in to the Official & Private servers frequently.
If we are unable to log in, one of the symptoms will occur after selecting the login server.

  • Loading screen doesn’t finish
  • After the loading screen continues for a long time, “Connection error” is displayed, and then the game returns to the title.


This image meaning of this Japanese word is, “Connection error” “Could not connect to server. Connection with host has been lost.”

Sometimes I can log in normally, but soon I can no longer log in. This is repeated.
Also, the period and frequency of this is unknown to the user.

Bug Reproduction:

The only way to do this is to observe the behavior of the server on the administrator’s side, or have the player repeatedly try it under the same conditions.

Please @Community, check and take action regarding this symptom.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned, it’s a PS version, so I can’t use the method you showed.

Also, although this has not occurred recently, there is no way for the user to determine whether the problem has been resolved or not.

Currently, there are symptoms such as in-game NPCs not moving, but this is a separate issue and will be reported separately.

If this symptom occurs again, I will report again.
