Third person view

I do not like the current third-person view (too close to the character’s back) could you put the old one back for an option?

Change the FOV slider under “Settings -> Video”

Yup. It’s in the settings menu I described.

Not that I know of, it’s just a typical display setting, the same location as where you set your resolution and such. It’s not a server setting.

I think so. At least that’s the only FoV option I’ve found.
