Thrall crafting time reverts to zero on server end at restart

I can confirm the findings (no mods). ThrallConversionMultiplier=0.000000 accepts no changes (the game will run the default value no matter what you type).

It is the same issue as described here for PVPBuildingDamageTimeSundayStart=0
