Thrall damage to NPCs multiplier

Hi all! Ive recently come back to CE and see a setting I dont remember from last time: “Thrall damage to NPC multiplier”. A few questions:

  1. Does this modify how much my thralls will do to NPC and Monsters even though it only indicates NPCs (aka, any “enemy” thats not a player?)
  2. I am assuming increasing the number increases how much damage my Thrall will do to NPCs (the other options have a tooltip that pops up when I hover over it informing me what it does but this one doesn’t).
