Thrall disappeared

Bug Description:

I lost a max level thrall. I placed two thralls next to me where I was sleeping, I logged back on within around an hour and one of them has completely vanished. We were in my walled off base, it’s a private server, no enemies around, there’s no way he could have got killed. He was a max level thrall with really high tier armour and weapons. How the heck am I supposed to get that back now?? I’ve checked the followers list and he’s just completely gone!!! Fix this please, I want my follower back.

I did try to send a message in regards to this on your website, but once I wrote the message out I could seem to find a “Send” button. What’s that all about???

Bug Reproduction:

Place thrall prior to logging off. Log off the game assuming all will be well. Log back in later to find that all was in fact, not well!!

Welcome to the Forum. The message you sent was to age of Conan it’s a different game. You need Conan-Exiles. What did the event log say? Also what is the cap on thralls on your server if you go over limit it randomly takes them out. You can see what the limit is under followers. Funcom can not replace your losses in the game
Ask the server owners help

We don’t have any server limits on thralls, this has never happened before :man_shrugging:t2:
