I log on yesterday just as I do every day and what do I see? Every thrall deleted because no one has logged on. 110 thralls with legendary armor, weapons, irreplaceable thralls like wights and skeletons. All of it gone because who knows what glitched in this game. I am so beyond furious. Some of these were year 1 thralls.

I’m done. I’m sure Chapter 4 is going to just break more stuff in game anyway. I am not investing the time to replace these thralls. This is where I check out.

If you’re expecting to get those thralls back you better lower your expectations. funcom does not replace lost thralls.
Don’t expect them to. I’d be happy if they just acknowledge the issue. Or fix the abundance of graphical glitches on the PS5. The performance is laughable at times. I’m tired of putting in tickets they ignore. I know nothing will happen. I know i won’t be at full strength for chapter IV. Not that the PS5 can handle the purge system anyway. Now we’ll just get more rubberbanding and crashes.
