Also, thral level has been reset to 0 although it has 240K experience.
These screenshots were taken at around 6:30PM Hong Kong time on Dec 13. My client was just patched and the server (official server #1325) has been restarted.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
Could you let us know if this issue persists after the next server restart? The patch just got applied to clients and servers and the restart you mention was still using the old outdated version with the issue present in it.
The issue still persists for me. I just logged on at server #1325 at 10PM Hong Kong time, Dec 13 and all my ânewâ thralls have their levels and attribute points reset to zero.
It may have already occurred prior to you logging on, they havenât fixed it retroactively.
I think they might mean it shouldnât happen anymore but all followers that were placed before the servers were restarted are gonna be useless.
As not only are they level zero they also have zero starting points where as they normally have like 45 or 50 or something in total. So even if you re-level them its a huge deficit

I for one am really annoyed about this, why they didnât roll back all servers to before the last server restart as soon as they were notified i dont knowâŠ
For me thats totally wasting a week (prolly 40 hrs) and about 200 hours prior to the update getting them all ready! thats 10 full days!!
I might wrong⊠but i think this will likely be the case, perhaps @Ignasi can confirm or give more details.
Thrall levels are still there and they can be easily re-leveled (killing 1 mob earns them 1 level until they reach their actual level). Also, attribute points earned through leveling are also earned.
Losing the starting attribute point is the main issue.
This should be a simple fix. A script that does database edits should be easy to make.
I half agree, with the starting points part and think they should try and restore the starting points.
If they cannot do it, an apology would be nice at the least to have negated 10 days (240 hrs) worth of time spent.
The levelling them up again part doesnt seem to work like you have said though, i had a Thrall @ lvl 16, requiring millions of xp. I did kill one thing and went up to level 8 halfway to 9, now XP seems to be as normal. So will have to entirely make up the 8 levels remaining to return to 16, which with the time it takes to go from 0-8.5 compared to 8.5-16 and the fact they have no starting points, itâs just not worth it. Depending of course how hard it is to get the particular thrall you after to spawn⊠Would still appreciate a further comment from @Ignasi or Alex (Lead Designer) he seems to tell it like it is and either fix the problem or tell you no, admit there was a f*ck-up apologise and say nothing can be done about it.
Weâll poke our team about this so they can give it another look.

Still an issue. After server restart yesterday, my level 17 Spinas now has zero for all attributes, has level 0, and has it listed as 217000/7450 XP. Is this going to get fixed or should I dispose of this thrall?
Still an issue for sure. I have a private server and half of my thralls reset to 0. If I go to admin and put them back down it fixes the 0 problem, but then I lose all of the levels I worked for, AND I have to go to EVERY thrall on my server, not just mine, and pick them up and place them back down. Please advise. Thank you!
