When a thrall pulls out their weapon, it also still remains sheathed, so they have the weapon in their hands and the same weapon on their side or back at the same time. + floating weapons where thrall was left guarding upon telling them to follow again.
Engaged thrall in combat
experienced same on pc.
For me (PS5, official servers) so far it has only been a graphics issue.
Luckily, even when floating or still sheathed, the Thralls will use their weapons as well.
It has happened after killing bosses, their cool weapons remain floating.

Thank you. Im also noticing it periodically happening to my character as well. Ill equip my weapon but it also shows it visible on my character’s back/side still. Another thing i noticed is if a thrall has a bow and sword in their inventory, if they use their bow it looks as if they are knocking their sword and not an arrow.
