Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. place a thrall onto a foundation at least 2 high.
2. Log off for the night
3. Maybe restart server (not sure if this step is important
4. Log back in
5. Thrall placed on the foundation is gone
6. Remove top layer of the foundation
7. Find your thrall
