Thralls Back to Inventory

Hello everyone and Devs

I have a suggestion for a future feature in the game regarding the pet and the human thralls.

How about if a player could take a already spawned thrall or pet and add it back in their inventory to store it in a storage or replace it with something better instead of breaking the bond ?

Place them in a cage or prison cell - fine.
Place them in a small box or take multiple of them on you - not fine and unrealistic.

Speaking of realism…
Multiple times this confusion between realism and gaming is stated here!
There’s nothing real to gain your thrall from the wheel in your inventory and place it in a box the first place, so your paradigm fails my fellow exile @demonado!
@Kazalakis happens to be my teammate the last weeks on 8007 (@GodsOfExiles sorry I didn’t visit yet) and he has a high sensitivity, RP sensitivity when it comes to thralls.
I don’t blame him, I was there too, I remember when my first bearer died 4 years ago, I wanted to quit the game this day. So I totally understand my team mate, he is living it and I am happy for him.
So…
As I said in the beginning, he is thinking that in the near future he will have to dismiss lower thralls because of the cap. Especially the dancers, even lvl 1 they are so damn beautiful that it is truly difficult to break bond :rofl::rofl:.
I already told him that in the beginning you could do that, I don’t remember the way (because I never done it), but players use to hide God tokens in the thralls inventory and devs decide to stop this. However I believe that we could take it back, since the mechanic exists with empty inventory only and the level back to 0…
It’s a thought…
Who agrees?

I would prefer to have them drawn back to the inventory despite the store location (cage, box, character inventory) for personal reasons and game reasons.

Personal reason: the appearance of the female thrall and avoid regrets after replacing any thrall.

Game reason: keeping the amount of thralls to a minimum but lower without relying on the official amount in the server.

I would prefer to have them drawn back to the inventory no matter the storing location (box, cage, character inventory) gearless and empty from items while they keep their lv and skills only .

And I would prefer to have a million Euro in the bank :rofl::rofl::rofl:, but I don’t!
We dream here, if people want this dream come true, the devs may think of it, may, nothing is certain! If you ask me I see it more than a sorcery feature than a simple command, keep dreaming however, it’s free

No prob Dude :v:t4:
I play more on Xbox X.
PS5 is to laggy.

You mean picking up thralls? That was before they were followers or had any levels etc. They used to be stationary defense without follow or guard modes… essentially placeables :stuck_out_tongue:

The issue with this is that all their data would be lost, including their level and everything since they’re stored as character stats and once you pick them up you don’t really have a character anymore :stuck_out_tongue:

Testerle’s Better Thralls mod can do this btw, but it runs into the same issue, which means when you pick up a thrall you will lose their progression and stats etc and essentially you get in your inventory what is the equivalent of a newly converted thrall before you place it.

@Xevyr
The point that the op fails to understand is the “cheats” players will do with this action!
From pve to pvp this mechanism will be used to avoid a lot of issues and make the game a lot easier than it already is! If this mechanism would work again it would definitely needs restrictions and penalties. I even believe that leave clan to avoid purge needs a penalty other than a threat that you will loose everything!
It’s time for the Dev team to act in this “bomb dupe” too. The purge must follow the character and not the clan!
