Thralls disappearing during fights/following etc

Bug Description: Thralls disappearing

I had named thralls disappear from my follower list and the map while following me around.
When it happens, the message appears: “[Name of Thrall] has stopped following”. I had this happen to me 3 times within the pass 3 days. 2 of the 3 returned back to my base today. My beserker thrall just disappeared while he was fighing a wight.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Order Thrall to follow you
  2. Engage in fight(In my case a wight near the mounds)
  3. Let thrall get aggro
    4.Let Thrall get knocked down by some combo
  4. (etc)
