I’ve run into this frequently. I turn around to tell my thrall to stand guard, or access a bearer’s inventory, and I can’t find them. They are there, but they aren’t on the screen. I use the management screen and see their icon right where I’m standing, but no thrall. I usually have to have them stop following, and they magically reappear.

Hello @speedice, as this has been a frequent occurrence would it be possible to provide a short video recording of the issue?
Also, is it happening in single-player or online?

This is on an official server. It happens quite frequently. I will see what I can do.
