Bug Description:
This seems to be unique to Crafting and Religous Thralls(e,g Not Fighters, Not Archers, Not Performers, not Golems, Not Pets)
Thrall disappear(missing, Not visual) - Remains on Follower list, remains part of thrall count, when tagged to be mapped-there is no thrall at the Icon location. NoThrall death, no Loot record.
does not correct or change through server restarts.
