Thralls don't earn xp for kills using coup de grace

Bug Description:

Thalls don’t earn xp from kills with coup de grace

Bug Reproduction:

Equip coup de grace on thrall (or two, have warparty). Kill a non-named thrall with it. Xp bar on thrall doesn’t move. It does as of AoW Ch 3 correctly kill non-named thralls again, which is nice.
