Thralls falling into foundations while following then suddenly disappearing entirely

Thralls falling into foundations while following then suddenly disappearing entirely. If you have a Thrall following you, sometimes they won’t walk up the foundation and stay on that plane. So, they won’t stay in the building at all if something attacks your wall, they will just run off and die or they will simply disappear after some time. Has happened to my friends and I 3 times now. We don’t even bother taming melee thralls anymore. Waste of time.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Tame thrall
  2. Set Thrall on grass in North
  3. Set Thrall to follow
  4. Walk into house

… might have to run around with the thrall for a few minutes to get it to bug out.

Another bug… multiple thralls are spawning inside each other, like 8 at a time…

I’ve noticed that if I don’t have stairs that can be walked up, my follower will just run straight inside the foundation.
If I do have stairs, they’ll use it and walk on top of the foundation.

But they still glitch out and die in a million other ridiculous ways.
