Thralls are having problems going through some doorways.
Just go through a door with a follower and it will stay stuck and, sometimes, teleport inside/outside. Other times it just stays stuck.
I have noticed this with Khitan doorways, but not with any others. Which doorway are you using?
Two doors side is a must for us once we have thralls. @MarcosC we have had issues with most doors with getting jammed in doorway with thralls. @DaVice .good night everyone
Today it happened with both the arena and stables set, that I can recall.
However, when I reloaded the game, it’s seems to have gone back to normal. It had happened already, that’s why I reported it.
It’s not the thralls blocking me. It’s them not being able to normally walk through the door. 
Khitan, mostly.
Nemedian, rarely.
Hell, even a horse can pass through a Nemedian door.
It seems doors with arch gives advantage for taller things to pass.
It is still unknown why a tall thrall is considered too tall for a door though.

Usually I solve those situations by going into 1st person and pointing somewhere, @sestus2009 . Annoying, but I already got so used to that it became just a slight bother.
