Why do Thralls become stuck in doorways?

Game mode: Online and Single-player
Type of issue: Very annoying bug
Server type: PvE

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. It’s very random - have a thrall walk into a house like in new asagarth
2. Thrall will sometimes become stuck in doorway - can’t move him, place him or do anything with him.
3. Get annoyed by this bug.

If you are stuck inside, you can use a katana to dash out. If it is a thrall, you can usually use the move command to get it out of the way but if it is a mount, katana is the only way. I doubt this “bug” will ever be fixed.
