Just hit Battlepass level 60, and I think the tree is brilliant. Definitely a centerpiece for spooky towns, etc. One issue I’ve run into however is that the tree is extremely finicky to place. But I thought I’d share my workaround.
Place a foundation piece where you want to build the tree, and make a 5x5 foundation square around it. Next, place your tree in the center as desired, and then pull away all but the middle foundation. The tree will stay in place.
Unfortunately the foundation will show a bit through the tree roots, but try picking a foundation that matches its colors or textures such as arena or insulated wood.
