Fix the inventory bug that’s been around more then a year. Otherwise you have fixed nothing.

Choose weigt,type,name,then let inventory in no sorting,it fixs the inventory,you need to do that many times and is weird,but you can drop,use,etc.

I used to argue against it but it has become abundantly clear there is no one still working on Conan, not even the forum mods. Think the game has joined the ranks of funcom’s zombie games. Up and running but no longer in development.

Maybe there are more people working in Dune,is a new release and,i don´t know,Funcom needs now more people testing Dune than Conan,i don´t know how many people works in Funcom.
There must be a way to don´t have errors,as update is there,someone should have check errors are not appearing,so,maybe is the way you do things what makes the error,asking for a video where you can see how to play and organize your base or how do things to have less bugs is not something to ask but could be cool.
We shouldn’t have to though. Workarounds don’t address the problem and in this case might only temporarily help.

Funcom has quite a lot of employees and multiple branches. Dune Awakening was primarily done by their Oslo branch while conan exiles is primarily done by their NC branch in the US. In fact I’m pretty sure they made it quite clear during the rework of the game for age of sorcery and the new Age content model that these two teams were entirely separate and we shouldn’t worry about dune development effecting CE. The Funcom NC branch alone has around 90 employees.
Doing what? Right now I see absolutely no proof they have any employees working on Conan exiles at all, not even forum moderation.
This has to be one of those “I read it online so it must be true” things.
Has any one seen anything to convince them there are 9 employees working on Conan right now?
I’m not sure I’ve seen the work of 3 in the last 6 months.

Yes, but it was a private conversation, so I am not going to discuss it. However, it was around the last update and we’ve gone into complete silence since then, so I am definitely concerned that it may no longer be true.
The way I see it, there are two possibilities:
- They abandoned the game.
- All of the community facing people were sniped for Dune, but the Conan dev team - who do not communicate with us - is still working in the background.
I hope 2 is the case, but that hope does diminish every day that passes with no information.

This sure looks like Age of Conan Exiles being Forgotten. They have their shiny new game Dune: Awakening now.

So true sister although i believe that @jh00se was trying to help the best he can, out of courtesy. In my case when i faced this bug for the very first time even “not sorted” didn’t helped much since while i was trying to drop useless items from my inventory i was dropping more items, that was not visible in the loot bug on the floor and the only way to retrieve them was to collect the loot bag with loot all, scroll filters and appear back in my inventory. So i end up not to harvest corpses because i couldn’t easily get rid of putrid meat or feral flesh without loosing something else too from my inventory.
The last couple months another inventory bug has appeared in my play sessions. I cannot carry the very first item of my inventory on my choice wheel 
. I don’t know if you have this bug on your reports, so it would be good to add it.
Every bug is annoying yes, but the inventory bugs are truly frustrating, truly. These bugs should be absolute priority.

You need to be careful,usually the problems starts when you open a NPC´s inventory and try to drop or pick something with weight sorting in your inventory,chest can be used with type sorting and your inventory with type sorting,the problem is weight sorting…chest with type and you with no sorting,works,chest with no sorting and you with type works…you with weight sorting and NPCs or chest inventory opened fails,try to catch everything and then choose weight,close,choose no sorting and you can drop.
Withg weight sorting the inventory rearranges sometimes and you let fall the left object,if it is working right you usually drop next right object,and this bugs starts mostly with Darfari armors,Black Hand Armors,mostly with armors…i´m not sure if other objects starts the bug,i think is only armors.
So,once you have a list of objects not clasificated correctly,the drop option don´t find your not named object and drops the next or the previous.You need to choose type,etc,and then no sorting.
Is awfull,annoying,desesperating…that´s true.
The only cool thing about this is the posibility of carring 1000 stones with no weight added to your inventory,i don´t now still how to do that but it happens sometimes.
I only write my opinion,i´m Conan fan,just this.Everything goes to an end always,so…just wait.If the game is updated or gets some added events or bazar pieces,cool,if not,well,you have your single player and coop or other games.
Ah…and red dwarfs at the barn or a dark witch in practices.
Probably is this,so,don´t spend time fixing anything…black magic will take it out.

I’m not exactly saying that everyone should offer advice with a “but”… but I think it bears reminding to all.
OP isn’t new around here. But there are many new players that should know what happens when they read this even with the workarounds.

There is a 3rd one. The plan was to have separate teams working on it but Dune couldn’t get the deadline and so all hands were redirected to get this to launched and since there are tons of issues going on, the folks haven’t been released back to their normal projects.

The least they could do is drop a line here if that is the case.
It’s honestly rude not to keep players in the loop while still asking for money as to if they have officially abandoned the game or not.
It’s what separates the good companies from the rest.
People are more likely to stick with an honest company that shows it gives 2 cents about what the player base thinks instead of those that just have their hands out for your wallet.
This game has problems too, if they are using two teams for Dune just for the sake of argument, then why doesn’t CE get the same treatment to get it’s tougher bugs dealt with.

Crazy really, but I agree.
Players just want an update from the devs or community team. Something. Anything. Just a note to say “Hey folks, we’re still here. We haven’t forgotten the base that has kept the game going for seven years”.
I said this on another post. Check the admin and developer user groups and see when each user last logged on and were active on the forum. That will tell you all you need to know about how they feel about the game.
Radio silence. And it speaks volumes.
