Top 10 Base Locations for Isle of Siptah?

Anyone know of any good video content on the top 10 best base locations for the Isle of Siptah (which also takes into account the new NPC camps)? I can find several generic best base location videos for the Exiled Lands, but not really for the Isle of Siptah.
