Are you playing on one of our official servers, private servers or are you playing in single player mode?
Can you also provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Hi @Dana currently im playing on unofficial server, but i had that problem on every server ive ever played(official servers too), at this moment i cant show u screenshot because forum wont let me do this (says im new)

A bit offtopic question - there is like 3 more similar words to member in russian language, why needed to pick top google translation ???
… ““Clan Limbs”” or better “” Diks of clan"" is the best translation to this… xD
Why not use ““участник клана”” ??? thats like straight translation to ““clan member”” while that one who is now added is more used as swear word … …
Agree, but for russian, ukranian and all other CIS countries this is more familiar, also whould be better if you knew how to fix my bug, @NeoTheMatrix

We’ve tested this on our end on both official and unofficial servers and clan creation is working as intended.
If you are still unable to write a clan name at the top of the screen (you should be able to see a text entry field), then please reach out to your server admin.

Thank for your work, but i didnt understand solution to my problem, am i should just ask admin to create clan for me? Or i have to do something else ,you’ve tested this on official and unofficial servers and again thx for your work, but what about entry field for clans name that didnt appear like on my screenshot, how can i fix it?
P.S. I had this problem from the first day of playing game, but did not cared about it cuz i had no friends to play with, now i have my party and 1 of them have similiar problem(2 other players who can create clan can’t play with us now so we have hard time)
It might be that your server admin has restricted the clan creation access.
Unfortunately, we’re only able to provide direct assistance on Official Servers. If you are playing on a private server, please make sure that you contact your server admin as they will be able to help you further with this.
