After transferring from a PvE server to another PvE server, the character disappeared. I want you to restore it.

Hi and welcome Poponryu,

you have to file a ticket at Zendesk and select “character transfer issue.” They usually help you get back your character within 3-4 days. However, if you lost a low level character during transfer, I suggest just starting a new one.
