Torchbearer Bug

At level nine, I had 5 Knowledge (Feat) points. I tried to learn the Torchbearer (which is stated to allowed to be learned at level 7), but it would not “learn”. Pressing the button did not “spend” a point nor learn the Torchbearer skill.

It did work once I reached level 10. Not sure what’s going on there.
