Trees and Rocks remain in Purge Camps, blocking NPC's in

Bug Description:

Purge NPC camps often spawn on top of / inside resources like trees, rocks and bushes. If you’re unlucky, these resources can end up covering NPC spawn points or blocking paths out of the tents, bringing the Purge to halt.

My suggestion to fix this is to despawn the resources in the area wherein the Purge Camp is setup for its duration.
