If I remember correctly, this issue was reported already a while ago.

We indeed received feedback about this in the past but it seems to be a very rare bug and we haven’t had any success in reproducing this issue. Could you provide any additional information that could help us be able to replicate this problem on our end?

I have experienced this on a few occasions.
It has always happened when in full enc build, wearing epic flawless medium armour, while in the animation of swinging a pick/pickaxe.
Every time i have been knocked down from behind by a normal rocknose, mid swing.
When i stand up i can see the pick and the sky, no character and can’t look down.
A relog is the only thing that fixes it.
Don’t know if any of that helps but it has happened at least 5 times always under the same circumstances.
Sometimes if you can just move around invisible and let the same creature hit you it will knock you back so you are seen again but its not easy. Been happening for months off and on.
I cannot exactly remember what I did in that moment. I wasn’t full encumbrance, since I just started and only gained a few levels.
I just let you know when I encounter it again, I’ll also try to get hit by shalebacks a lot more often, maybe it happens again.
Yeah. I dont think my enc build or armour had anything to do with it. I think its the knock down combined with the mining animation that causes it but you never know.
@Ignasi, seems to happen when you have been Sundered…Has happened to me on several occasions, however, the most prominent is when the Arena Champion sunders you. You become a ghost, you can’t take or give damage, you can’t order your follower. To restore, you need to quit application.
Hasn’t happened after I got the perk that reduces Status Effects.
RARELY it happens to me, I can’t recall what were all the circumstances, but one time I was in the Executioners cave mining brimstone in war mammoth boots, bearer pack and epic flawless light armor and a spider knocked me down and the character went out of focus and after standing up, he was gone. Another memory is I slapped the spider with the pick so my follower could start a fight. But it was half a year ago.
So the common in most of our occasions are: being knocked down in mid-animation of a harvest.
