Unable to build when someone close is getting purged

Neighbor getting purge and while it is going on I am completely unable to build anything when try to place something keeps saying failed to place. I know when I am having purge not able to build but someone else getting purged shouldn’t I still be able to build.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Arrive see neighbor getting purged
2.took damage to my property was trying to replace stairs
3.repeatedly said failed to place during their purge
4.Was finally able to repair stairs after their purge ended

There is a setting for ‘allow building’ which If unticked means that an area around the base means you cant build during a purge. Also it means attackers can’t place bombs if it’s a PvP Server.

I don’t think it’s tied to your neighbours the land claim either - it’s probably a custom ‘space’ where building is disabled hence its effecting you.

This is on official pve-c server haven’t looked to see if settings set that way.
