ugh 
… seeing language screenshot it, i had idea why could happen, but its bit political… See some regions who has not Dollars cant buy it…, so maybe its equalization ? I heard from ukrainians and others who has not euro or dollars having same problem… because of ‘‘worldwide’’ situation and markets…
Also could just be bug…
Edit : means , to me also is issues with it, not like cant buy, but regionalising prices in general, example - lowest tier Crom coin cost to me like 3 base games :D… but all i get answer " We know it we will fix it at some point"
Market was down a bit for me as well, located in the US. It appears to be restored. Please let me know if it is still down for you.
