I have contacted support with the same issue. They unswered: Following internal policy changes we are currently not offering services in your region. We appreciate the time you dedicated to our games. I am from Ukraine too.
Thank You very much. I have asked GPT and it said to me that most probably FUNCOM has problem with third party payment system in ukraine. And as temporary decesion they changed policy regarding this issue. The chance that it is permanent is low but if will be found stable payment system they can change back in the period from 6 to 18 months. But again it was found by GPT that was comparing the other cases.
I am very disapointed actually. I have invested a lot of money to this game from 2016 and now we have the situation like this.
Weird. I had once a problem with PayPal payments. Now I use credit card to top up the Steam Wallet. (disconnect the card after purchase) And then use just Steam Wallet, what ever I buy. From Steam or in-game. No problems since.
In my case it is different. I can change only for another region of steam. A already asked some players and they said to me - all good and everything is working. It is only problem with ukrainian gamers. Maybe it is temporary or maybe no …. who knows.
I can change, but this is total disrepection to the customer regarding my comfort. If FUNCOM doesnt care about customer so it means they dont need the customer that was investing to their game 10 years and was going to keep it. So … I will not change the region and if they dont like to get money - this is their decision to lose it.
I had suggestion that when pass discount period the chance that they back possibility to by Crom Coins will be restored. And it is happened. It is unbelivable …… never expect this on happy new year period from them.
I am on PlayStation and this issue is going and they won’t even respond to me Tried to replicate the issue and it gave me an auto ban due to attempting purchases. I have had no response on refunds or anything.
