The game doesn’t let me buy Crom coins. I can open the bazaar and open the menu that shows the amounts of coins you can purchase, but when I click “purchase” - nothing happens, it doesn’t open any windows, no overlay, no redirects - just nothing.

Not to worry friend this shall be fixed toot-sweet. Not being able to spend your hard earned money on this dumpster fire shall not stand.

Wow, what an amazing shock that you can respond so quickly when there’s a possibility of missing a sale, but you can’t be bothered to respond at all when players can’t play the damn game they paid for…
And some people wonder why more and more of us are purely disgusted by the absolute lack of care or professionalism shown by the so-called ‘community team’. The name should be changed to something less completely dishonest.
So someone is unable to purchase Crom Coins and you manage to respond within 2 hours of the post, but when dozens of people are unable to even load and play the game, it takes over 3-4 weeks, and their requests for help from cutomer support are ignored entirely. Oh quick someone wants to give us money, better hop to it double time! Forget those poor saps who can’t even play the game they purchased. Guess there is no slapping the generic ‘Report Received’ sticker on this one eh?

Update. Reinstalling the game did not help.
And probably it wouldn’t. I would suggest you my fellow exile to create an account on Zendesk and submit a ticket there the soonest possible because Friday is really close and i don’t know the number of tickets they have to take care of before yours.
I understand your inconvenience and frustration. Unfortunately, more or less, many of us had similar issues with Crom coin purchase in the past, but only Zendesk solved it. They are really kind, caring and cooperative people, as soon as they handle your issue consider it solved. At least this was my experience with Zendesk so far. Try to stay kind as well and cooperative, it’s not their fault, they just try to help.
I hope your issue will be solved my fellow exile the soonest possible.

There’s a reason for this 
it’s very simple. It’s about steam settings. All you have to do is open the in-game interface. a box. fill it up. Confirm and start over. in-game interface. interaction.
Dont buy coins , until they show a change in the way they do things.

Yep, power to the people. Boycott Funcom. Unfortunately probably won’t happen. The power of advertising often over rides players thinking, ie FOMO. Sad but true.

Does not exist. Honestly, I have never understood this at all. I completely ignore adverts and could not care less about them. I fail to see how anyone falls for their utter nonsense.
