Unable to connect to Funcom Live

So, just FYI Funcom, this really isn’t acceptable as a response. You don’t address what is causing the problem and you aren’t offering any redress to players it has affected. Please don’t hide behind the “Well it’s free to play so we don’t owe anyone anything” excuse. Those of us who pay for your silly battlepass monetization scheme ARE paying to play (not to mention those of us who have been with this game from prelaunch and very much paid for the game, all the DLCs, Siptah etc.) and you owe us some better customer service than this. My suggestion is that, along with an actual apology, is that you grant everyone who has only paid for the first tier of the battlepass is to grant them the second tier, speeding it up considerably without charging them for that perk. For those who HAVE paid for that second tier I suggest you double it for them.

Lastly, the lack of transparency and communication, as well as the total non-response over the weekend, is also extremely unprofessional. There’s a reason most people joke about Funcom’s service as well as your quality. You might want to at least ATTEMPT to garner some good will here. You know, on top of fixing the actual problem like a competent company.

Well now its letting me connect in but I can’t find my server at all have been resetting and repairing from G portal still not appearing

“It’s clear it is being worked on at this point, so give them time. Though if they strut along, sweeping the whole player experience this far into AoW under the rug, that would be very sad.”

And yet that is pretty much exactly what I expect they will do.

How much would you bet that it’s because there’s no one holding the fort over the weekend? Or perhaps there’s someone, but they can’t get anyone who can actually do anything, so the only option is to keep silent?

My prediction: they’ll fix the connection problems first, release a fix for the stability problems next, won’t do a rollback, and then they’ll publish a post with an explanation and an apology, and announce a free weekend and a week or two of boosted harvest rates.

That’s… really depressing. Moreso because it’s likely completely accurate.
