Unable to connect to Server 3181

Bug Description:

*Hi all, I appear to be having issues when trying to connect to the PS4 PVE EU server No: 3181

My internet seems to be perfectly fine (I have no problems connecting to my PVE-C server) yet this server ping is listed at 9999 on the server listing.

When I do try to connect I just get an infinite loading screen.

I have noticed this server does appear to be quite laggy in general, maybe it warrants a closer look?*

Expected Behavior:

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I expect it to …connect?

Steps to Reproduce:

Load up PS4, make a cuppa, get past the title screen, select PVE (online play) and attempt to connect via the server listing, and watch the loading screen and wait…and wait…and…waiiiiit…finish my tea…and wait

Both servers 3181 and 6423 seem to be up and running. Are you still having issues?
