Unable to consume ice while mounted on a horse

Bug Description:

While mounted on a horse.Its not possible to eat ice.

Bug Reproduction:

Eating gruel , collecting plant fiber and drinking from a river is all possible while beeing mounted.So i believe that the inability to eat ice on a horse is a bug.
