Unable to equip offhand items while mounted (duplicate)

Bug Description:

Unable to equip offhand items while mounted. So I can’t see where I’m going at night.

Bug Reproduction:

1.Place offhand item in hotbar, such as a torch or bindings.
2. Mount a horse.
3. Press the corresponding hotkey for offhand item.
4. Observed behaviour: Error message “cannot use while mounted”, item not equipped.
Expected behaviour: offhand item such as torch or rope is equipped as before version aow-4.

They simply disabled the ability to use the torch on horseback.
Imagine what it looks like on Siptah: night, a storm, you can’t see a damn thing, storm creatures are generated and attacking around. The green light (spell 2-1) may also fail and not be called.
