Unable to do damage to structures in PVP server

Game mode: Online official PVP
Problem: Unable to damage building during raid hours
Region: North America

After getting the new update we were unable to do damage to enemy structures during normal raid hours. It is a West Coast official PVP server. Was this intentional due to the update just dropping and/or when will this be addressed? Thank you.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.log in during raid hours on official pvp
2.place explosive jars and set them off
3.use repair hammer and see that it does no damage

Same on EU server.

PVP Time set from 0:00-0:00.

Hello @carterk888, there was an issue with the server configuration files after the latest patch that has since then been resolved, so it should no longer be possible to experience this behavior.
