it’s annoying
Still running in a ton of issues here, server won’t log in.
But also when I am finally at the verge of going in I get a stupid mod mismatch, even if all are listed: OK in the screens. And it kicks me into a reboot loop where hey… again: UNABLE TO LOG IN.
Kinda sucks majorly when you just purchased a sever YESTERDAY and can’t play on it at all…
Hello. I just came back to the country and thought, oh nice, the new age was released a few days ago, I am going to play. And here is the message I get: “Playing online is not allowed.”
I believe it is the same issue as the one faced by the person who started this thread?
Spamming the button and relaunching the game does not help.
I’m on an official server, what if my base poofies because I cannot log in?
I have this message since yesterday morning, 20 hours now… And it seems many other online games had problems yesterday…
Do you think the issue comes from Steam rather than the game itself then?
I don’t know, Funcom and Steam are not telling anything… Some comments here tells its steam, other its funcom… (Funcom just told us they are aware of the problem on facebook)

I managed to log in just now, by spamming again and again (which were failed attempts until now).

Hi everyone, I have Conan exiles since 2019, on Steam and yesterday I bought the riddle of the steel DLC, since installed, I have this login problem. I admit and luckily I found this forum, I wanted to ask for the return of the DLC payment. Luck is a saying, seeing as I’ve been offline on Conan Exiles since yesterday, seeing as it’s a common problem… Thanks for being there.
If you have to get your Conan fix, you can always play on the Test live servers (PvE or PvP) until Funcom fixes this issue. The Test servers are working just fine and apparently you don’t have to go through FLS to connect to them.
i have not really responded to anyone on this forum or in these discussions because the vitriol is more than my weak stomache can handle (not from you, from others)
however i have to chime in on this comment.
i agree so strongly. the growing trend of “software as a service” vs the traditional “software as a product” is so anti-consumer in so many ways. it is becoming nearly impossible to play modern games, and to use many other software, without being online. this opens us up to these kinds of issues with authentication errors, loss of cloud saves, corruption of cloudsynced data, and the growing monetization and microtransactions in even single player games.
industry wont change of course, but we can still long for the good old days 
Same problem for 2 days. I am uninstalling this game. Not worth the frustration or the money. Havent been able to log in keeps saying steam server unresponsive, but all other steam games work. What a waste of time.

It’s been two days with problems authenticating players on online servers (public or private).
Even more serious because it is the first weekend after the launch of “Age of War”, in addition to free access to attract new players.
We are well aware that any company is liable to adverse situations, but as for customer support, the failures are gross and repeated.
After 2 days, we still don’t have a time estimate for solving the problem, not even the identification of the origin of the problem by the responsible team.
Consumers remain in the dark, it doesn’t seem like a smart approach.
Hard to believe in new projects (read DUNE) given the service parameter we have today.
Sad.
Hello barbarians! how I burn!
a month before this day, I bought the game (for the money I earned!), Now, before the update, I bought half of the DLC (for money, hard physical labor!). And now I’m in the middle of my vacation, an update is coming out, I want to play Conan with my friends (they advised me the game), but I can’t!!! I CAN NOT!

It’s been 5 days, the developers don’t care. Great.
I don’t need to write about the provider - I checked it for 3x
or about a computer and the Internet - everything is the same on 6 computers
vacation is over…
can someone answer me when I finally get the service for which I paid money?

This is getting on my FLIPPING nerves!!
Sitting here tried over 20 times to log in before giving up. Had only to attempt login 5 times before restart before entering game. Thanks for the fish. 
no that is not the problem - the problem is the log in into the funcom life services does not work properly - I tested everything on my end and I am not the only player effected…
